The Galveston Bay Report Card is the first environmental report of its kind in our area. This video is an introduction to the project and discusses the release of GalvBayGrade.org.
HARC and the Galveston Bay Foundation have teamed up to create a user friendly grading system to communicate the health of the bay to the public. HARC’s role in the report card was to analyze existing data sets from state and federal agencies and devise a grading system that describes what those trends mean in a way that is easy for the public to understand.
