Researchers at IDEA Conference in Austin February 8-12
HARC's Gavin Dillingham, Program Director, Clean Energy Policy, and Satish Ravindran, P.E., CEM, LEED Green Associate, will manage a booth and promote the Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Technical Assistance (TAP) at the International District Energy Association (IDEA) conference. The event will be held February 8-12, 2016 in Austin, Texas. Gavin and Satish will showcase the assistance provided by the US Department of Energy Southwest Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Technical Assistance Partnership (TAP) housed at HARC.
The CHP Technical Assistance Partnership helps regional businesses and communities reduce their energy costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen their energy resiliency and reliability through the use of combined heat and power. It is one of seven regional CHP TAPs formed by the U.S. Department of Energy to promote and assist in transforming the market for CHP throughout the United States.
